Universal Children’s Day

Why do we observe Universal Children’s Day?

The future of the world lies in the hands of our children, and therefore, it is only right that there should be a special day declared for them.

Children’s Day is celebrated on November 20th every year to promote international harmony and awareness among the children of the world
In India, Children’s Day is celebrated on November 14th to coincide with the birthday of Pundit Nehru, India’s first Prime Minister, who had a special fondness for children.

Children’s Day is an occasion to show children that they are valuable members of society and to remind everyone that children have rights that must be guaranteed, and that little one need love and respect to grow to their full potential.
